Kelsi and Shane are the co-owners of Burke Hollow Chocolate Co. They are high school sweethearts who began dating in 2007 and were married in 2016. Kelsi has lived in Burke her entire life, and Shane grew up nearby in Wheelock, Vermont. They have owned property in Burke Hollow since 2011 and have two children together: a daughter and a son. They are overjoyed to raise their family and start a business together in this special place.

Burke Hollow Chocolate Co. is a brand-new company established in the summer of 2023. We take pride in creating the highest quality products for chocolate lovers in the town of Burke, the Northeast Kingdom region, the state of Vermont, and beyond. Our purpose is to provide delicious confections, while using local ingredients, as well as recycled packaging and eco-friendly materials, when possible. Currently, we offer truffles, bark, bars, and other confections. However, the sky is the limit as we continue to grow and expand, so please check in with us often for new products and flavors!
